White River lies just north of Nelspruit nor far from the border with
Kruger National Park. It is not a large town but there are some stunning establishments
in the fertile surrounding area of scenic beauty. White River is
well placed for visiting the rest of the Panorama Route or Kruger National
Park.
The climate is said to be one of the best in South Africa, lovely
and hot in summer when rainfall is at its highest and cool nights during
the winter. The farms in White River tend to be relatively small but the agriculture is
